I have been a receiver of craniosacral therapy for over two and one-half years and have studied therapeutic touch as well as having been an RN for 35 years. The authors are right-on as to their descriptors and descriptions. It is difficult to put words to the "breathing" that goes on inside the cells and can be felt by the craniosacral therapist, yet these authors seem to have discovered how to do so in a way that is easily understood. As a previous labor and delivery nurse, I was also impressed with the absolute correctness of their description of the maneuvers of birth. I have shared it with my own craniosacral therapist, who will be purchasing her own copy of the book.
